Wilderness Mental Health Support

Wilderness mental health first responder training is incorporated into everything I do, providing ethically grounded support for individuals and groups in outdoor settings.

 

This work emphasizes safety, reflection, and resilience, helping participants navigate challenging experiences while building awareness, connection, and steady coping skills.

Group Coaching, Workshops & Retreats 

I work with groups and organizations to create thoughtful, nature-connected experiences that support reflection, wellbeing, and meaningful connection.

 

My offerings have included guided forest therapy walks for adults with intellectual differences, individuals in recovery, retreat participants, educators, and church communities seeking new ways to connect—with self, community, and the natural world.

 

I also provide group coaching and workshops focused on emotional regulation, goal setting, and holistic wellness, along with corporate wellness sessions that support sustainable behavior change. In addition, I design and facilitate seasonal day retreats that offer space for restoration, learning, and shared experience.
