About Kristen Thompson
My work grows from a deep belief that meaningful change happens when people are given space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner life, their relationships, and the ecosystems of which they are a part.
Over time, I saw how many people were searching for wellbeing in ways that felt pressured, performative, or disconnected from the realities of being human. That realization led me to pursue training in health and wellness coaching, guided forest therapy, and wilderness mental health first response. What drew me most strongly to this work was the opportunity to walk alongside others as they rediscover their own clarity, resilience, and inner resources.
Whether through thoughtful conversation or guided time in nature, I am continually moved by the quiet but powerful shifts that occur when people feel truly supported and seen. I love witnessing the moment when someone reconnects with their own wisdom and begins to move forward with greater steadiness, intention, and trust in themselves.

Our Holistic Approach
My approach begins with curiosity, presence, and care. I create a space where people can feel seen, heard, and respected exactly as they are. Whether we are talking, reflecting, or walking in the forest, my goal is to meet you where you are, providing gentle guidance, steady support, and an attentive presence. This work is never about pushing or fixing—it’s about helping you uncover your own wisdom, connect with your inner resources, and explore what truly matters in your life.
I believe transformation grows from small, intentional steps taken in a supportive environment. By combining health and wellness coaching with guided forest therapy and wilderness-informed care, I guide people toward clarity, resilience, and a sense of grounded belonging. I welcome anyone who is ready to slow down, reconnect—with self, community, and the wider living world—and take time to cultivate wellbeing that is both sustainable and deeply human.
